About these terms

Our website describes print production consulting, assessments and related planning services. Articles, diagrams, examples and interactive tools provide general information. They do not constitute a project-specific assessment, quotation, certification or promise of a particular result. Sending an enquiry does not create a consulting engagement or an obligation to purchase services.

Consulting engagements

Before paid work begins, the parties must agree the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timing and responsibilities in a separate written proposal or agreement. That agreement governs the engagement, including changes, cancellation, refunds, confidentiality and ownership of project deliverables. Where it conflicts with these website terms, the engagement agreement controls for that work, subject to applicable law.

Recommendations depend on the information available and the conditions of the operation being assessed. Outcomes vary with equipment, materials, software, people, processes and implementation. We do not promise specific savings, throughput, profitability, color results or certification through the information on this website. Assess changes for suitability and follow applicable safety requirements and manufacturer instructions before implementation.
